so i got sucked into the whole twilight thing. i blame melanie (hi melanie :))because i hadn't even heard of it until i read her blog - although to be fair her entry was entitled "Do NOT read the Twilight Series"! anyway, i started reading the first book on tuesday and i'm already half way through the third book. i even made the cg go into a book store and get me a copy of the second book which he says was completely and utterly humiliating - he must love me very much. i felt totally embarrassed myself when i went to the library and picked up book 3. i couldn't look the librarian in the face when i checked it out. i'd forgotten what an obsessive nature i can have sometimes - i'm hoping that once i've finished the books i can go back to living a normal life i.e. eating, sleeping, taking care of my husband and baby, and put the shame behind me! of course there is still the movie to consider.
