still getting the pains but they are more regular now. unfortunately not so regular that i could mistake them for labour. i'm seeing my midwife today so i'll talk to her about them. it would be nice if she could tell me that the end is in sight but it will be just my luck to go 2 weeks over the due date. by that point both the cg and i will be so used to lack of sleep that it won't be a big deal to get up every couple of hours to feed a baby. at least that's what i'm telling myself to make myself feel better!
the PB had a beautiful baby girl yesterday morning in Ottawa. she delivered her daughter herself, in the bath, about 5 minutes before the midwife arrived. luckily it's her third so i guess she has some idea of what she is doing. i hope my birth story is a little less dramatic than some i've heard recently!
