fat people spend way too much time sitting around on their big behinds moaning about how fat they are. recently i've done plenty of moaning myself but i'm done with that. i've just ordered us an eliptical trainer to arrive within the week so that i can start working-out at home for at least a half hour every day. my plan is to turn the unused garage into a (dusty and windowless) home gym. it's not just about how i look (although i'd be lying if i said that was not important to me), it's about feeling good too. we eat pretty healthily but the cg and i both need to get more exercise. he's started cycling into work (1 hour each way) once a week and i have my aquafit session but we need to do more and as i get plenty of free-time during the day while G is asleep i may as well make the most of it. now that we have her it's more important to me than ever that we look after ourselves because i want to make sure we are around for a long long time.
i wonder if other people decide to make their lives healthier when they have children?
