i would give a shiny nickel to be watching season 6 of btvs for the very first time but watching it any way is better than watching it no way (if you know what i mean). i'm not entirely sure when i crossed the line between a regular joe who watches the show and a sad bastard that can quote from all 144 episodes plus the unaired pilot. i'm 33 (and a half) years old and my interests are buffy the vampire slayer and snowboarding. my parents must be so proud.

i work much better when im "running round like a headless chuck" busy. right now i have a few projects on the go and a handful more things i could be doing ie filing but nothing that even slightly resembles a deadline so im pretty much bored shitless. my disinterest in coming to work today was so great that on the way into the office i scanned the streets for a reasonably attractive guy i could proposition. i figured a frisky day under the crisp white sheets of the hotel vancouver would be a much better option to shuffling around bits of paper for 7 and a half hours. unfortunately, (or perhaps luckily from the point of view of my marriage and my ego) my interest in canadian men is extremely limited and while i dont consider myself particularly fussy i had already arrived at work before i saw anyone worth propositioning. so here i am. shuffle shuffle shuffle.
