the cg is in amsterdam on business for a few days so G and I invited the cgs sister and her two kids (aged 5 and 8) to stay with us last night. we rented a kids movie, put a big blanket and some pillows on the living room floor, changed into our pajamas and turned down the lights. we had trick or treat chocolate and i'd bought some halloween lucky bags with all sorts of fun stuff in them. G was wearing a sleepsuit patterned with cute witches and the kids all had soft-toy bats. i had such a great time. i wish we could do this kind of stuff more often.
tonight G and i are keeping each other company or rather i'm typing with one hand while she sleeps in the other arm after drinking 5oz of milk. i guess it's time to take her up to bed.
