bloody news people!! while i was eating my breakfast this morning there was breaking news that there had been two loud explosions in malaga. my parents took the overnight train to malaga last night. of course the news people couldn't provide any more information, there was nothing on the internet and all i could do was text my parents to check they were ok. it took about 45 minutes to find out that the "explosions" were actually a jet plane breaking the sound barrier and to get a confused text from my parents, who are still on the train, saying they were "fine thanks". a few years ago, people wouldn't be half as spooked by loud noises. it makes me angry and sad, mainly angry.
