saturday mornings

i love saturday mornings because daddy gets up to do the early morning feed - although to be honest, the first morning feed isn't actually that early, it's usually about 8.30am, and i usually end up getting out of bed anyway because i don't want to miss out on spending time with them. i guess i just like knowing that if i chose not to get up then i could just stay in bed.
at the suggestion of the HV, we started G on rice milk yesterday. i'm not sure she was all that impressed with it, in fact i'm not even sure that she digested any of it since just as much seemed to be coming back out as going in. we'll try again today and if she really doesn't care all that much about it we'll leave it for a few days.
today we are going to a BBQ with all the couples from the ante-natal group we attended. i see the ladies and little ones every week but we haven't met as couples for quite a long time. it should be nice (if the rain stays away!).
