a little bit left out

the problem with the group of mums that i meet up with every thursday is that my baby is the easiest one out of the lot. she's obviously not perfect but she takes plenty of naps during the day, sleeps through the night, doesn't take 2 hours to put to bed and when she's awake she is a smiley happy baby 90% of the time. this is great and i'm so happy about it that i want to share it but, of course, talking about how low maintenance G is to women who are still getting up every 4 hours in the night and who have to sit with screaming babies until they fall asleep at midnight would just be mean. so i try and keep my mouth shut but, strange as it sounds, i feel a little bit left out of all the stresses and strains of having a new baby.
