bad to worse

i obviously spoke too soon because things have gone from bad to worse with the breastfeeding. in fact i've stopped breastfeeding altogether for the moment (or forever if we can't get help to sort it out asap). my breasts and nipples are sore as hell and, to prevent me ending up in tears from the pain, i've had to resort to expressing. although having to express rather than feed naturally also makes me very unhappy. hopefully the health visitor who is coming today will be able to give us some advice.
