i am caught in a carousel of harry potter books. i just keep re-reading them one after another. i find their simplicity and childishness comforting. however, i'm getting a little worried that if i don't break this bad habbit i will never be able to read a decent book again.
we decided to paint the wall above the stove a nice bright red as an accent to the dark brown and sand colours of the open plan living area. we are already on our fourth coat of paint and i predict it will take at least another couple to make it look like we did more than a half-assed job.
i keep re-sending the fax and the machine keeps telling me that it wasn't received at the other end. i am in no mood today to call the proposed recipient to complain about their piece of shit fax machine. i will therefore keep on re-sending the fax until it decides to actually go somewhere or i am in a more sociable mood.
tomorrow at 8am a man is coming to our apartment. we will be giving him $150 of our hard earned dollars for moving our thermostat one and a half feet to the left so that we can put up a picture. i can justify this because it is a fabulous picture. in fact it's an old poster from san francisco that the CG's grandfather bought there many years ago.
